APARTMENT: The room and the apartment is also fully equipped, furnished and turn-key flatshare in Barcelona perfectly combines comfort and design. It benefits from lots of household goods. Now all you need is to bring your things to feel cosy in your new place! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. The flatshare is strategically located in the heart of Barcelona. Many shops, restaurants, public transports are located near at hand. It is ready-to-live-in and includes a complete kitchen. You will have your private kitchen utensils, you won’t have to share used things… The flat also has a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation. The furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, condominium fees, electricity, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi and cleaning (twice a month).
ECONOMIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
– If you stay LESS than four months there is a 300 euros extra charge for extremely short rental.
– City hall registration assistance for only 50 euros.
– If you are two people the price is 100 euros more.
– Water, gas and electricity included the first 40 euros. If there is an exceed (normally it never happens) it would be divided into the number of rooms of the apartment.
– High speed Internet and house keeping included.
