The flatshare is strategically located in the heart of Barcelona. Many shops, restaurants, public transports are located near at hand. The apartment is on a real floor #8 . It is ready-to-live-in and includes a complete kitchen. You will have kitchen utensils, you won’t have to share kitchen stuff… The flat also has a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation. The furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, condominium fees, electricity, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi and cleaning (twice a month).
